The objective of this research is to examine the effects of infrastructure i.e. road and health infrastructure, human capital i.e. Human Development Index (HDI), and workforce on the economic growth in North Sumatera Province. In the equation modelling, economic growth acts as the dependent variable whereas road, health, HDI, and workforce act as the independent variables. This research covers the statistical data of North Sumatera Province within the period from 1992 until 2021. Partial and simultaneous tests using SPSS 26 are employed as the analysis technique. The research findings demonstrate that road infrastructure, health, HDI, and workforce simultaneously have significant effects on the economic growth. Partially, it is found that roads have positive and significant effects on the economic growth. Health has positive and significant effects on the economic growth. HDI has positive and significant effects on the economic growth. Workforce has positive and significant effects on the economic growth in North Sumatera Province.
