The increasing need for food additives (BTP) increases along with technological advances to support an increasingly fast way of life. An alternative to the fulfillment of BTP using natural ingredients is the manufacture of mushroom broth powder from button mushrooms using the Yap & Ng method with a production capacity of 1,000 tons / year and operating for 330 days a year. The main processes in this pre- designed plant are raw material preparation, pre-treatment of main ingredients, complementary ingredients, and thickeners, extraction process, mixing of raw materials, product formation. The mushroom broth powder manufacturing plant is planned to be established in the Lumbangsari area, Bululawang District, Malang Regency, East Java with a land area of 19,250 m2, the required workforce is 107 people with a limited liability company (PT) business form led by a director with a line and staff organization system. For the establishment and operation requires investment capital of Rp. 298,580,294,924.56 and production costs of Rp. 235,576,282,554.14. Based on the feasibility analysis, this plant has a Profit Margin of 23.38%, BEP of 56.096%, ROI of 17.236%, POT for 5 years and 8 months, RON of 28.728%, and IRR of 16%. From the economic analysis, it can be concluded that the pre-designed plant for making mushroom stock powder from button mushrooms using the Yap & Ng method is feasible.
