Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Pemanfaatan Progam Pengelolaan Penyakit Kronis (Prolanis) pada Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Padang Bulan Tahun 2024

Abstract

Prolanis is a health service system and proactive approach implemented in an integrated manner involving participants, health facilities and BPJS health suffering from chronic diseases to achieve optimal quality of life with effective and efficient health service costs. But in reality, there are still many people with hypertension who do not take advantage of this program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the utilization of prolanis in patients with hypertension at the Padang Bulan Health Center in 2024. This study is a quantitative study using a cross sectional design. The research sample was 100 people with hypertension at the Padang Bulan Health Center. Data collection tools using questionnaires. The data analysis method used was chi square at the 95% confidence level. The results showed that 57% of respondents who utilized prolanis. There is a significant influence between the level of education, attitudes, and needs with the utilization of of prolanis by hypertension patients. There is a significant relationship between education level, attitudes, and needs and the utilization of prolanis by suffering from hypertension. Gender, age, occupation, income, knowledge, family support, and the role of health workers are not related to the use of prolanis by hypertensive patients. The results of the multivariate analysis obtained that the most influential factor on the use of prolanis in hypertensive patients at the Padang Bulan Health Center was the need factor. The conclusion of this research is that the need factor has the most dominant influence on the use of prolanis by hypertensive patients at the Padang Bulan Health Center. It is recommended to the Padang Bulan Health Center to conduct socialization about the impact of uncontrolled hypertension so that it can increase attitudes that support prolanis and factors that require prolanis to control hypertension.
