Pengaruh Karakteristik Individu dan Tenaga Kesehatan terhadap Pemanfaatan Prolanis pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus di Puskesmas Helvetia Tahun 2024

Abstract

Helvetia Health Center is the health center in Medan that has the highest number of diabetes patients, and only 55 diabetes mellitus patients use prolanis. This number is very far from the achievement target, where the achievement target is 75 percent. The purpose of this study is to see the influence of individual characteristics and the role of health workers on the use of prolanis in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Helvetia Health Center. The type of research used is a survey research with a cross sectional design, with the aim of explaining the influence of characteristics and health services on the use of Prolanis in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Helvetia Health Center in Medan City. The number of samples in this study is 100 people with diabetes mellitus who are FKTP BPJS Kesehatan at the Helvetia Health Center. There are 86 people (86.0%) with diabetes mellitus who are ≥ 40 years old and 45 people (45.0%) who are men. Patients with diabetes mellitus who have an income ≥ Medan City MSEs are 22 people (22.0%). Diabetic mellitus patients who have a higher education level are 84 people (84.0%) and those who work as many as 61 people (61.0%). There is no relationship between age, gender, knowledge, income, education, knowledge and the role of health workers with the use of prolanis in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Helvetia Health Center in Medan City. Meanwhile, family and work support is related to the use of prolanis in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Medan City Helvetia Health Center. The most influential factor in the use of prolanis in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Helvetia Health Center in Medan City is family support.
