Implementasi Program Desa Bersinar (Bersih Narkoba) di Desa Pantai Cermin Kiri Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

The Desa Bersinar (Drug Clean Village) program is a program in an area unit at the Village level that has certain criteria where there is a massive implementation of the Prevention and Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking policy (P4GN). This program aims to prevent and eradicate drug abuse from the level of the smallest government unit, namely Village, so as to create a Village that is clean from drug abuse and illicit trafficking. This research was conducted in Pantai Cermin Kiri Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative. The Key Informant in this research is the Coordinator of the Desa Bersinar Program in Pantai Cermin Kiri Village. The main informants were 6 (six) people consisting of members of the program implementing organization and beneficiaries of the Desa Bersinar program in Pantai Cermin Kiri Village. Additional informants were 2 (two) community members who only knew about the Desa Bersinar program in Pantai Cermin Kiri Village. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The data obtained was analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the Desa Bersinar Program (Bersih Narkoba) in Pantai Cermin Kiri Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency have been implemented two of the three indicators, namely program elements and implementing organizational elements in accordance with the theory of indicators of successful program implementation by David C. Korten. While the program elements have not been implemented in accordance with the theory of indicators of successful program implementation by David C. Korten.
