Analisis Pengaruh Supply-Chain Resilience terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dan Keunggulan Kompetitif pada CV. Kotama Shoes dengan Metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the entire world has had a major impact on all aspects of life, resulting in changes to supply chains throughout the world. This impact was also felt by CV. Kotama Shoes is a labor-intensive shoe manufacturer. Various disruptions occur such as supplier delays, failure to fulfill requests, and loss of buyers. This is due to the absence of supplier reserves owned by CV. Kotama Shoes. This disruption in the supply chain has an impact on decreasing sales, which is an indicator of company performance. Apart from that, increasingly rapid technological developments after the pandemic have caused CV. Kotama Shoes must adapt to its competitors who already use advanced technology in their production and marketing processes. This research aims to examine the influence of supply chain resilience on company performance and competitive advantage. This research uses the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research results show that the supply chain resilience variables, which consist of agility, collaboration, and supply chain risk management culture, have a significant effect on company performance and competitive advantage.
