dc.description.abstractThis shopping center design is located on Jl. Mongonsidi, Medan City, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The area in the site is in the middle of Medan, the surrounding building is a densely populated commercial building and residential settlement area with a population of Medan City, 2,460,858 people this year. The area on the site has potential that can be used as a place to shop and recreation. However, in this area it has limited facilities and infrastructure that is less well organized, especially the lack of greening in the form of plants. For the need for activity generators in the site location area, namely in Jl. Mongonsidi, the design that will be made is a mall building which is a building in the form of a business building that is public and as a place for shopping and recreation.
