Analysis of Factors Affecting the Productivity of the harvesting Palm Oil Plantation of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Region II
Abstract
Indonesia is one of the largest producer of pam oil in the world. With this the palm
oil significanty to foreign exchange receipts through the export of palm oil and its
derivate products. Plantation companies are very large business entities and

Region II Kebun Laras. 2) Analyze what factors affect the productivity to the palm
oil harvesting workforce in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Region II Kebun Laras.
The method used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regresion. The
result of the study were obtained that the average productivity of the harvesting
workforce of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Kebun Laras 1,643 Kg/day.
This is already high, because the productivity of the harvesting labor has exceeded
