Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Penurunan Volume Ekspor Teh Indonesia ke Rusia

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the decline in the volume of Indonesian tea exports to Russia during the 1992-2022 period.This research is important as it provides insights into how Indonesia can enhance its tea export competitiveness in the international market, particularly in Russia. The main contribution of this study lies in identifying the key factors that can be used to formulate strategic policies aimed at increasing Indonesian tea exports, especially amidst increasingly intense global market competition. By understanding the key factors affecting exports, the findings are expected to assist the government and tea industry players in making more informed decisions to boost export volumes. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the export price of tea and the exchange rate of the dollar against the rupiah significantly affect export volume, meanwhile, other factors such as Indonesia's tea production, Russia's population, Russia's GDP, and the volume and price of coffee imports in Russia do not have a significant influence.
