Ecocriticism examines the depiction of nature and the relationship between humans and the environment. The Bangkit! film script shows the destruction of nature that occurs, especially in the city of Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the depiction of nature, humans, and the environment in a literary work using Gred Garrad's ecocritical approach. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation and note-taking data collection techniques. The results of the analysis show that the characteristics of pollution, disasters, and wilderness that occur in the film script, and describe the condition of the earth, animals, and places of residence in the Bangkit! film script by Anggoro Saronto. This finding is the object of moral delivery regarding the important value of a balanced relationship between humans, animals, and nature. The story in the script has a variety of settings and plots, so that it shows poor natural conditions, emphasizing criticism of environmental damage that occurs in the story.
