Pra Rancangan Pabrik Bio-Oil dari Sekam Padi Melalui Proses Pirolisis Cepat Menggunakan Reaktor Fluidized Bed dan Refrigeran Propana dengan Kapasitas Produksi 45.000 Ton/Tahun
Preliminary Plant Design of A Bio-Oil Factory from Rice Husk Through A Fast Pyrolysis Process Using A Fluidized Bed Reactor and Propane Refrigerant with A Production Capacity of 45,000 Ton/Year
Abstract
As population growth in the world increases, the demand for fuel sources increases from year to year. Indonesia is the main producer of fossil fuels in the world, but its production figures have decreased every year. An alternative that is friendlier to the environment and will continue to be sustainable is producing bio-oil from biomass raw materials such as rice husks by utilizing a fast pyrolysis process. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a bio-oil factory to meet domestic renewable fuel needs. The main processes in pre-designing a bio-oil plant from rice husks include raw material preparation, reaction stages and bio-oil purification stages. The factory location is planned in Tanjung Anom, Sunggal District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia with a total land area of 22,545 m2 and the total workforce required to run the factory is 178 employees with the business being a Limited Liability Company (PT). The organizational structure used is line and staff. The establishment and operation of a factory requires investment capital of IDR 1,073,030,056,306 with production costs of IDR 866,751,921,875 and sales proceeds of IDR 1,064,653,396,766 which produces a net profit of IDR 129.581.515.316. Based on economic analysis, this factory has a PM of 17.38%; BEP of 40.78%; ROI of 12.08%; POT of 8.2807 years; RON of 20.1270%; and IRR of 18.37%. Based on the results of the economic analysis, the factory is feasible to establish.
