Sheep are ruminant livestock that are widely kept in Indonesia. One of the problems in raising livestock is feed, if the nutritional content of the feed is not sufficient, growth will be hampered, therefore it is necessary to add supplements, namely Lamtoro Multinutrient Block LMB. Lamtoro is a plant that has a high protein content but contains antinutrients, so it needs to be fermented to reduce the antinutrient content. This research aims to determine the balance of use of lamtoro leaves and urea in LMB on the performance of sheep. This research method uses a completely randomized plan (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatments given were P0 (0% lamtoro leaf fermentation + 4% urea), P1 (15% lamtoro leaf fermentation + 3% urea%), P2 (30% lamtoro leaf fermentation + 2% urea), and P3 (45% lamtoro leaf fermentation + 1% urea). The parameters observed this time are body weight gain (PBB), consumption and conversion. The research results showed that the balanced effect of lamtoro leaf fermentation and urea on LMB gave results that were not significantly different to PBB (P>0.05) but this treatment was significantly different from consumption (P<0.05) with the highest average of 1475.51 g/head/day and conversion (P>0.05) with the highest average value of 18.51. Based on the results of this study, the higher the use of lamtoro leaf flour in LMB, the lower the value of feed consumption and PBB, the best treatment in this study was P2 (30% lamtoro leaf fermentation + 2% urea).
