efficiency, but also contributes to achieving the company's strategic goals. High performing employees are able to make significant contributions through
innovation, initiative and high quality work, which in turn strengthens the
company's competitiveness in the market.
This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation on the
performance of BPR Guna Rakyat employees. To determine the influence of
organizational culture on the performance of BPR Guna Rakyat employees. To
determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the
performance of BPR Guna Rakyat employees.
In this research, the data used is primary data obtained through distributing
questionnaires via Google Form, and secondary data obtained through books and
articles related to this research. The data analysis methods used are validity and
reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests,
partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination tests.
Based on the research results, the motivation variable has a partial effect
on employee performance, this can be proven by the t count value of 6.661 > t table
2.042, while the organizational culture variable has a partial effect on employee
performance, this can be proven by the t count value of 5.887 > t table 2.042. Based
on simultaneous testing, employee performance variables simultaneously influence
motivation and organizational culture with a value of f count 12.017 > f table 3.20,
and the value of the Adjusted R Square relationship in this study is 86,5%, then the
remaining 13,5 is influenced by other factors. which was not examined in this study. | en_US |
