    Abstract
In carrying out its operational activities, a company strives to maximize efforts in achieving its established goals, which requires careful attention to its human resources. Each employee is expected to work according to the company's standards to ensure that tasks align with corporate objectives. This study aims to examine the influence of Work-Life Balance, Creativity, and Job Stress on Employee Performance, with Problem-Solving as an intervening variable. This research employs an associative approach with quantitative data analysis. Primary data were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation modeling. The study sample consisted of 160 employees, selected through a simple random sampling technique. The results indicate that Work-Life Balance and Creativity have a significant positive effect on Problem-Solving. Work-Life Balance, Creativity, and Problem-Solving significantly and positively affect Employee Performance. Job Stress has a significant negative impact on both Problem-Solving and Employee Performance. Furthermore, Work-Life Balance and Creativity significantly and positively influence Employee Performance through Problem-Solving, while Job Stress significantly and negatively affects Employee Performance through Problem-Solving. Based on the direct effect significance test, Work-Life Balance has the most significant influence on Problem-Solving. This finding suggests that employees' ability to maintain Work-Life Balance plays a crucial role in enhancing their strategies and performance, ultimately improving their Problem-Solving capabilities.
