Greenback mullet (Chelon subviridis) is ones of fish that is the main catch of fishermen in Pangkalan Susu Waters. This research was conducted for 3 months (June 2024−August 2024), aiming to determine the reproductive biology of Greenback mullet caught in Pangkalan Susu waters. The number of fish samples during the research was 128 individuals (46 males and 81 females) with a total length between 92−235 mm. The results shows that the growth pattern was negative allometric with a less flat condition factor value in the range of 0.60 −1.09. Based on the von bertalanffy growth equation, for female Greenback mullet (L∞ and K) is 180,60 mm and 1.01 mm/year, while male Greenback mullet (L∞ and K) is 158.50 mm and 1.09 mm/year. The value of Lc<Lm indicates the category of growth overfishing. The sex ratio of male and female Greenback mullet an unbalanced sex ratio of 0.56:1 but the stock in the waters is still considered to be ideal. The level of fish gonad maturity at the TKG I–V stage, with egg fecundity ranges from 843–49.838 eggs, dan egg diameter ranges from 0.051–0.662 mm with classified as a partial spawner.
