This type of research is observational analytic with cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at the lung Poly Prof. Dr. Chairuddin P. Lubis USU from February to September 2024. Data taken from patient medical records and questionnaires EORTC QLQ-C30 calculated using the score formula and categorized into good, medium, and bad. Data analysis using SPSS application with Pearson correlation test and multiple linear regression test. Of the 100 lung cancer patients undergoing treatment, 85% are men and 15% are women. The majority of lung cancer patients' quality of life is moderate category (80%). Factors of age, education level, marital status and family support have a significant correlation to the quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing treatment with p value <0.05. Coefficient of determination (R-Square) value of 0.975 that the variable age, education level, marital status and family support is able to explain 97.5% of the quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing treatment and there are 2.5% the influence of other variables that were not studied in this study. Measuring the quality of life of lung cancer patients can influence treatment decision making and patient adherence, in order to maintain and improve their quality of life.
