Peran Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) dalam Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Anggaran di Kantor Camat Sipahutar

Abstract

The Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is a system used to improve the effectiveness of government management, including in supporting budget monitoring and control activities. This study aims to determine the Role and Constraints of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in budget monitoring and control at the Sipahutar Sub-district Office. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study indicate that SIPD provides convenience in recording, reporting, and monitoring budget use in real-time, thereby increasing the effectiveness of supervision and accuracy in budget control at the Sipahutar Sub-district Office. However, the implementation of this system still faces obstacles such as unstable internet connections and technical disruptions to the SIPD system. Therefore, it is necessary to improve network infrastructure in the Sipahutar Sub-district area and carry out system maintenance periodically so that the use of SIPD can run more optimally.
