Peran Brevet Pajak dalam Membangun Karir yang Berkelanjutan di Bidang Perpajakan (Studi pada Alumni Brevet A & B)

Abstract

The increasing number of taxpayers and the complexity of tax regulations in Indonesia have created a growing demand for competent professionals in the taxation field. Brevet A and B tax certifications serve as strategic tools to equip individuals with essential knowledge and skills, while also expanding their career opportunities.

This study aims to analyze the role of Brevet tax certification in building sustainable careers, focusing on alumni who have completed Brevet A and B training. The research explores career prospects, the certification’s impact on professional development, and the supporting and limiting factors faced by alumni.

A qualitative descriptive method was used, with data collected through online interviews with Brevet alumni and supported by literature review. The data were analyzed inductively to understand the role of the certification in real-world professional settings.

The results indicate that Brevet certification significantly enhances employability and supports career growth in taxation. Alumni benefit from relevant training and professional networks, although challenges such as job competition and limited practical experience remain barriers for new graduates.
