Pengaruh Kebijakan Hutang, Keputusan Investasi, dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham pada Sub Sektor Perdagangan Besar yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, investment decisions, and net profit margin on stock prices in wholesale trade subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The data used are secondary data obtained from the companies' annual financial statements. The population of this study consists of 51 companies, and based on specific sampling criteria, 40 companies were selected as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a panel data method, and the analysis is conducted with the assistance of EViews software. The results of the study show that, partially, the debt policy variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, investment decisions have a negative and significant effect on stock prices, and net profit margin has a positive and significant effect on stock prices.
