This study aims to examine the relationship between the quality of public services provided by government institutions and nationalism among Generation Z in Medan City. The study involved 400 participants aged 12-27 years, classified as Generation Z. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational study design. The measurement scales used were the service quality scale adapted into Indonesian by Tjiptono (2016) and the nationalism scale adapted into Indonesian by Sri Mutiah, Ari Widiyanta, and colleagues (2023). The collected data were analyzed using Spearman’s correlation technique. The results indicate a positive relationship between the quality of public services provided by government institutions and nationalism among Generation Z in Medan City
(r = 0.432, p = 0.00).
