dc.description.abstractOrganic waste from oil palm fronds and banana peels can be converted into alternative energy that is solution-oriented and environmentally friendly. Oil palm frond waste and banana peels contain electrolytes that can be used as a source of renewable electrical energy in the form of environmentally friendly bio-batteries, reducing the number of B3 waste pollution (hazardous and toxic materials), and not contributing to pollution. This study aims to obtain the values of fermentation temperature and environment, pH before and after fermentation, electrical voltage, electrical current, electrical power, electrical power and electrical energy in oil palm frond waste (Elaeis guineensis) and banana peel waste (Musa acuminata) with a fermentation period of 4, 6 and 8 days. This study was conducted using an experimental method using a two-factorial completely randomized design method. The results showed that the best treatment was found in 75% oil palm frond waste and 25% banana peel waste with 4 days of fermentation, namely the temperature after fermentation 27℃, the ambient temperature after fermentation 27.5℃, pH before fermentation 4.0, after fermentation 3.10, voltage 2.48 V, current 4.23 mA, power 10.48 mW, and electrical energy 210.02 mWh.en_US
