This research discusses the types and usage of aizuchi in the film Wolf Girl and Black Prince by Ayuko Hatta. Aizuchi refers to responses or interjections made during a conversation with the speaker partner. The purpose of this research is to describe the types and usage of aizuchi in the film Wolf Girl and Black Prince. This research method used is qualitative, applying the observation method with uninvolved conversation obsevation technique and note-taking technique, as well as a literature study method for data collection with formal data presentation. The theories applied in this research are Horiguchi’s aizuchi theory and pragmatics theory. The results of this research show that the use of aizuchi was found in 41 instances, containing forms of aizuchishi, kurikaeshi, iikae, and sonata. Based on data analysis, the types and usage of aizuchi were identified. In this film, the most frequently found type of aizuchi is aizuchishi in the form of the word "un", and the most common use is as a response or interjection in conversation.
