In the era of increasingly competitive job competition, job training, career
development, and compensation are important factors in improving employee
performance. Proper job training can improve employee skills and confidence in
completing tasks. Clear career development encourages employee motivation and
loyalty to the company. Meanwhile, fair compensation that is in accordance with
employee contributions can increase work satisfaction and productivity. The
combination of these three factors is needed to form superior human resources and
support the achievement of organizational goals. This research aims to determine
and analyze the influence of job training, career development, and compensation on
employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Kota Branch. This is a
quantitative research using both primary and secondary data. The data analysis
method employed is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression
analysis, assisted by SPSS software. The population in this study includes all
permanent employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Kota Branch, totaling 38
individuals, all of whom were taken as the sample using a saturated sampling
technique. The results of the study show that the job training variable partially has
a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Medan Kota Branch. Career development also has a positive and significant partial
effect on employee performance at the same institution. Similarly, compensation
partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The
simultaneous significance test shows that job training, career development, and
compensation together have a positive and significant influence on employee
performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Medan Kota Branch.
