dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the influence of talent management on employee engagement among Generation Z employees in startup companies. The research employs a quantitative method with data collected using convenience sampling. The sample consists of 357 participants. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale, comprising an employee engagement scale and a talent management scale. The data analysis method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the coefficient of determination is 0.433, with a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). This suggests that talent management has a 43.3% influence on employee engagement among Generation Z employees in startup companies. Therefore, it can be concluded that the better the implementation of talent management, the higher the level of employee engagement.en_US
