The Influence of Company Reputation, Social Media Information, and Employer Attractiveness on Intention to Apply at PT Bank BCA on Final Level Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business University of North Sumatra
Abstract
Human Resource is the most important asset for companies to carry out operational activities and to realize the company's vision and mission. Human Resource plays a very strategic role for the sustainability of the company. For this reason, companies need to be able to create a reputation, provide good information and attract potential employees. This study aims to determine the influence of Company Reputation, Social Media Information, and Employer Attractiveness on intention to apply at PT Bank BCA for final level students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra. The population of this study were undergraduate final level students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra. The number of samples in this study were 86 final year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra with sampling techniques using proportional random sampling referring to the criteria of respondents where the population size is known. This study uses primary data sourced from distributing research questionnaires to research samples. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows that Company Reputation, Social Media Information, and Employer Attractiveness have positive and significant effect on Intention to Apply at Bank BCA.
