The high level of job mobility among Generation Z, particularly in major cities such as Medan, poses a significant challenge for organizations in retaining young, adaptive, and high-potential talent. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Work-life balance, Person-Organization Fit, and Turnover contagion on Turnover intention among Generation Z employees in Medan City. Generation Z is known for being adaptable, challenge-seeking, and generally at the early stage of their professional careers. The high job mobility trend among this generation has made Turnover intention a key concern for organizations. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 97 respondents, all of whom are Generation Z employees working in various formal sectors in Medan. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results show that, partially, Work-life balance has a negative and significant effect on Turnover intention, Person-Organization Fit has a negative and significant effect, and Turnover contagion has a positive and significant effect as well. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly affect Turnover intention. These findings indicate that Turnover contagion emerged as the most influential factor, suggesting the critical role of managing workplace dynamics and employee interactions. The coefficient of determination indicates that Work-life balance, Person-Organization Fit, and Turnover contagion collectively explain 93,6% of the variance in Turnover intention.en_US
