    Abstract
Rheumatism (Rheumatoid Arthritis) is a chronic inflammatory disease, chronic systemic inflammation, systemic inflammation that can affect many tissues and organs, especially attacking flexible (synovial) joints, and can attack anyone who is susceptible to rheumatic disease. Massage therapy is a method where the hands and feet are used for medical treatment. The aim of Pratika Senior entitled "Management of Nursing Care in Rheumatism in Overcoming Physical Mobility Disorders Based on Holistic Care in Medan City" is to be able to control pain and manage the physical mobility disorders experienced. These methods include medical treatments and alternative therapies and are mostly implemented using a single intervention. Massage therapy is considered an easier and less expensive method of therapy than most alternative treatments and the results are generally quicker. This view of the healing process in massage therapy is based on the concept that the human body is an organism affected by impaired physical mobility. Therefore, it needs serious attention because this disease is a joint disease so that it will interfere with one's activities in daily life. Impaired physical mobility is a diagnosis defined as limitation in independent physical movement of one or more extremities. The results of financing care management in this study used 5 managed patients with a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis by providing sujok massage therapy services as an alternative.
