This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work stress on employee performance at the Medan City branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. This study uses a quantitative method using 40 respondents from the Medan City branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The information used in this study was obtained from a survey distributed through a questionnaire, SPPS software was used to conduct the analysis. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, there is a negative and significant influence of work stress on employee performance, and simultaneously there is a significant influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, work stress on employee performance at the Medan City branch of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
