Perceived benefits are the extent to which a person believes that the use of a
technology can provide benefits in increasing efficiency, convenience, and
performance effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived
benefits on the level of user satisfaction of QRIS as a digital payment service
provider. The research was conducted on active students of the Finance Diploma
Three Study Program at the University of North Sumatra, with the number of
samples determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out
through the distribution of Likert scale-based questionnaires. The method used is a
quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis to test the relationship
between variables. The results showed that perceived benefits have a positive and
significant effect on user satisfaction. The variation in user satisfaction can be
explained by perceived usefulness, while the rest is influenced by other factors. The
majority of respondents agreed that QRIS provides convenience, speed, and
practical benefits in transactions. The higher the perceived benefits perceived by
users, the higher the level of user satisfaction with QRIS services.
