| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of Interactivity, Cost Effectiveness, and Compatibility on the Performance of MSME’s Fostered by Medan Cooperatives. This research is an associative study, and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data used were obtained from interviews and direct questionnaires with MSME’s owners fostered by Medan Cooperatives during the research period. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The population of this study was 1,875 MSMEs that had been registered as fostered by the Medan City Cooperatives, MSME, Industry and Trade Service for the 2025 period. The sample in this study amounted to 95 MSME’s owners fostered by Medan Cooperatives. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, Interactivity, Cost Effectiveness and Compatibility have a significant effect on the Performance of MSME's Fostered by Medan Regional Cooperatives for the 2025 period. Partially, the Interactivity variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of MSME's Fostered by Medan Regional Cooperatives, the Cost Effectiveness variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of MSME's Fostered by Medan Regional Cooperatives, and the Compatibility variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of MSME's Fostered by Medan Regional Cooperatives. | en_US |
