dc.description.abstractWork accident is one of the unwanted and unpredictable events that can cause victims, both human and property. This study aims to identify the potential for work accidents, symptoms of general fatigue and determine the relationship between fatigue and work accidents in timber harvesting activities in the HTI PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk Aek Nauli Sector. The method used in this research is Job Safety Analysis (JSA) which aims to analyze the potential hazards that exist at each stage of timber harvesting. The results of this study indicate that there are twelve potential work accidents in timber harvesting activities. The highest cumulative symPT.oms were experienced by chainsaw workers at R= 66% and the lowest were experienced by excavator workers at R= 51%. The correlation test showed a significant relationship between physical fatigue and work accidents p= 0.001, a significant relationship between mental fatigue and work accidents p= 0.047, while social fatigue and work accidents did not show a significant relationship p= 0.648.en_US
