Analisis Efisiensi Anggaran Tahun 2023 dan 2024 pada Sekretariat Jenderal Kantor Wilayah Kementriaan Hukum Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Background: The budget is one of the important elements in efficient state financial management in carrying out tasks. Objective: This study aims to analyze the level of efficiency in budget allocation within the Secretariat General of the North Sumatra Ministry of Law Regional Office in 2023 and 2024. Method: The study was conducted quantitatively and descriptively (budget amount) using data in the form of samples taken from the official budget document of the Ministry of Law Regional Office for the 2023 and 2024 budgeting. The analysis was carried out by analyzing budget components and identifying significant changes and their impacts. Results: The results of the analysis show that there is efficient budget use in the management of the 2023 and 2024 budgets. It can be said that each service shows efficient budget use. Conclusion: Analyzing the budget shows that 2023 and 2024 are efficient in budget management. This reflects improvements in financial governance and adjustments to the demands of adaptive and modern bureaucratic reform.
