This study aims to evaluate the labor productivity level in the concrete casting of beams and floor slabs at the Uro Park Convention Hall construction project in Medan, North Sumatra, and to compare it with the standards outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) Number 8 of 2023. The research adopts a quantitative approach through direct observation over three working days during normal working hours (09:00—18:00 WIB). Primary data collected include the number of workers (foremen, head craftsmen, masons, and laborers) and daily work volume, while secondary data, such as shop drawings and project organizational structure, were obtained from PT Jaya Alumindo Perkasa. Data processing was conducted using Microsoft Excel to calculate the productivity coefficient using the formula Productivity Coefficient == (Number Of Workers)/(Daily Work Volume) and productivity value using the formula Productivity = (Number Of Workers)/(Productivity Coefficient). The resultsshow that the field labor productivity coefficients are 0.012457 OH (foremen), 0.012457 OH (head craftsmen), 0.024913 OH (masons), and 0.037370 OH (laborers), which is compared to the PUPR standards 0.040 OH, 0.020 OH, 0.100 OH, and 0.400 OH, respectively. Field productivity values reached 80.27 m3/day for foremen, head craftsmen, masons, and laborers, surpassing the PUPR standards (25 m3/day,50 m3/day,20 m3/day,and 7.5 m3/day). This indicates high labor efficiency in the field, despite project delays due to design changes. The study provides valuable insights for project man- agers to optimize labor productivity and suggests future research with varied work types, diverse data collection methods, and extended observation periods for more representative results.en_US
