Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminum (INALUM). This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method involving 60 respondents who are employees of PT. Inalum in the carbon division. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data were collected through questionnaires consisting of variables of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, work environment, and employee performance. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression to determine the influence of transformational leadership style variables, organizational culture, and work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling. The results of the study show that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, simultaneously transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
