Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is one of the horticultural plants that has a high nutritional content that is good for consumption because it is a source of vitamins A and C. Tomato plants can be produced into derivative products. Tomato plants can be produced into derivative products, one of which is candied tomatoes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the added value and income of candied tomato processing in MSMEs Manisan Tomato Jaranguda Village. The determination of the location was done intentionally. The data analysis method used is the hayami method to calculate the added value and also the income analysis method. The results concluded that the added value of candied tomato derivative products was Rp. 29,720,225/Kg with an added value ratio of 76.21%. The income from the business, namely the Candied Tomato MSME, is Rp. 1,872,020.
