dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the impact of work-life balance on job satisfaction among Generation Z at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Medan. The research method used in this study is the quantitative research method. The subjects of this research are 128 employees of PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Medan. Data collection was conducted using a Likert scale consisting of the job satisfaction scale from 1997 by Spector and the work-life balance scale from 2009 by Fisher. The analysis method in this study is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance has a positive impact on job satisfaction among Generation Z at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Medan. Work-life balance has an influence of 47.7% on job satisfaction among Generation Z at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Medan. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the higher the level of work-life balance, the higher the level of job satisfaction among Generation Z at PT. Garuda Maintenance Facility Medan. | en_US |
