    Abstract
The demand for facilities and infrastructure to support activities has also increased in line with the demands of professionalism and competition among entrepreneurs in the provision of construction. Labor productivity plays an important role in assessing the success of construction projects. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors affecting labor productivity in high-rise buildings, specifically the Uro Park development project, which is designed as a convention hall. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely contractors directly involved in the project. The variables will be tested for validity and reliability using SPSS V26 and analyzed using the Relative Importance Index (RII) to determine the ranking of factors. The analysis results show that there are 13 variables with a High level of importance and 17 variables with a High-Medium level of importance. The most influencing factors are planning and scheduling, delayed inspections, rework, absenteeism or discipline, design changes, supervision quality, experience and expertise, weather conditions, health conditions, inadequate safety planning, field communication, labor management, and age with RII values ranging from 0.82 to 0.9.
