Analisis Pengaruh Pengelolaan Keuangan, Financial Technology, Peran Pemerintah dan Umur Usaha Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Tenun Ulos Kabupaten Samosir

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Management, Financial Technology, Government Role and Business Age on the Financial Performance of MSMEs in Samosir Regency, precisely in Pangururan District. The population of this study were Ulos Weaving MSMEs in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. The number of samples in this study was 80 Ulos Weaving business actors in Lumban Suhi-Suhi with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with the criteria for respondents being Ulos Weaving MSMEs over 1 year. Data were obtained from distributing research questionnaires to Ulos Weaving MSMEs in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that Financial Management and Financial Technology have a positive and insignificant effect on the Financial Performance of Ulos Weaving MSMEs in Pangururan District, Samosir Regency, while the Role of Government and Business Age have a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of Ulos Weaving MSMEs in Pangururan District.
