This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work
Discipline and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance at the Tuhemberua
Health Center, North Nias Regency. The population in this study were employees
of the Tuhemberua Health Center, North Nias Regency, totaling 60 ASN employees.
This study used a total sampling technique, so that the entire population was used
as a research sample. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and multiple linear
regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously
Leadership, Work Discipline and Extrinsic Motivation have a positive and
significant effect on Employee Performance. Partially Leadership, Work Discipline
and Extrinsic Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee
Performance at the Tuhemberua Health Center, North Nias Regency. Of the three
variables, the most dominant variable influencing employee performance is
Leadership. This shows that good leadership greatly contributes to improving
employee performance in the Tuhemberua Health Center environment. And based
on the coefficient of determination, the independent variable is able to influence the
dependent variable with an R² value of 87.5%. Meanwhile, the remainder, namely
12.5%, is explained by other variables outside this research.
