Pengaruh Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability dan Trialability Terhadap Adopsi Mobile Banking pada Kalangan Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Kota Medan

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Observability and Trialability on the Adoption of Mobile Banking among Students of Public Universities in Medan City. The theoretical framework used in this research is the Diffusion Of Innovation theory. The research method employed is quantitative, utilizing primary data collected through questionnaires. The population of this research consists of students from Universitas Sumatera Utara and Universitas Negeri Medan, with a total sample of 397 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with LISREL 8.0. The results of this research indicate the variables Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Observability and Trialability had a positive and significant effect on adoption of mobile banking. However, the Complexity has a negative effect on Adoption Of Mobile Banking.
