Work stress is the inability to cope with various demands in the workplace due to a
mismatch between workload or work environment and the worker's abilities or
personality. This emotional state is manifested through anxiety, worry, tension, and
fear. Based on previous studies and a preliminary survey, symptoms of negative
work stress were found among contractor employees in construction projects. This
study aims to analyze the factors causing work stress that affect the productivity of
experts in the Uro Park construction project. The population consists of experts
involved in the Uro Park development project, and data were collected through 10
questionnaires. The data were analyzed using instrument testing, classical
assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The
results show that personal factors, job task factors, poor environment,
organizational factors, and working hours are able to explain the labor productivity
variable (Y) by 99,6 %, while the remaining 0,4 % is explained by other variables.
