    Abstract
The problem of work fatigue does not only occur in formal sector workers. Fatigue can also occur in the informal sector such as household weavers. Work fatigue is a condition that reduces a person's ability to do work safely and effectively. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design, aiming to determine the factors related to work fatigue, namely the dependent variable (work fatigue) with independent variables (length of work, lighting, noise, worker health conditions, worker nutrition) in ulos cloth weavers. The population which is also a sample in this study is 50 ulos cloth weavers. Work fatigue is measured objectively using a reaction timer. The results of the study of work fatigue measured after working on ulos cloth weavers showed that light work fatigue was 17 weavers (34%), moderate work fatigue was 14 weavers (28%) and severe work fatigue was 19 weavers (38.0%). The data analysis technique used the Spearman correlation statistical test. The results of the study showed that working hours (p < 0.001), lighting (p < 0.001), worker health conditions (p < 0.001), worker nutrition (p = 0.005) were related to work fatigue. For the noise variable, all data were homogeneous and below the threshold value so that a bivariate test was not carried out. It is expected that through this study, all weavers in Hutatoruan I Village who work more than 8 hours will change their working hours according to applicable standards. Weavers who feel unhealthy should take a break first to restore their bodies. Weavers are expected to increase their daily food intake. For weavers whose lighting is below standard, it is better to add artificial lighting such as lamps.
