This study aims to identify and manage risks in the production process at Maison Pierre Factory, a bread manufacturer in Medan, using an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) approach. A descriptive quantitative method was applied, incorporating observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The ERM framework systematically identifies, assesses, and controls risks. The analysis uncovered 34 types of risks, including production failures, machinery breakdowns, inventory recording errors, and high product return rates. Proposed solutions include routine machine maintenance, strict standard operating procedures (SOP), a computerized inventory management system, and intensive employee training. These recommendations emphasize proactive steps to ensure smooth production processes. Implementing them is expected to enhance production efficiency and minimize the negative impacts of each risk. Overall, this study is expected to make a significant contribution to improving risk management effectiveness and ensuring sustainable production at the factory.
