Pengaruh Public Transport Service Quality dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa pada PT Antar Lintas Sumatera (Studi pada PT Antar Lintas Sumatera Trayek Medan - Padang)

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of public transport service quality and electronic word of mouth on serving usage decisions at PT Antar Lintas Sumatera. This study is a quantitative associative study and the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression and assistance from SPSS. The population in this study were service users of PT Antar Lintas Sumatera with a sample of 100 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate partially that Public Transport Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Serving Usage Decisions and Electronic Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Serving Usage Decisions. Simultaneously, Public Transport Service Quality and Electronic Word Of Mouth have a positive and significant effect on Serving Usage Decisions at PT Antar Lintas Sumatera.
