The development of technology has made life easier, especially in communication through social media that allows unlimited interaction. However, this progress has also triggered the emergence of digital crimes, one of which is Online Gender-Based Sexual Violence (KBGO), which is sexual violence through digital media such as text, images, videos, or threats without the victim's consent. This crime often occurs on platforms such as Telegram which facilitate anonymity and cross legal boundaries, with women being the most vulnerable group to sexual threats, verbal harassment, monitoring, and physical insults on social media. Based on this background, three problems were raised, namely what form of online gender-based sexual violence is on Telegram social media in Chatbots? What are the factors and impacts of online gender-based sexual violence on Telegram social media in Chatbots? How is the Legal Protection Regulation for Women as Victims of Online Gender-Based Sexual Violence on Telegram social media in Chatbots? The research method used by the researcher is normative legal, with a descriptive approach, using secondary data in the form of legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Data was collected through literature studies, then analyzed qualitatively to understand the legal issues in depth. Based on the research results, KBGO in Chatbots has several forms, namely flaming, sexual blackmail, sexual messages, Non-Consensual Inmate Image, Cyber Flashing, Doxing, Cyber Grooming, and Revenge Pornography. The triggering factors for KBGO include gender dominance, psychological disorders of the perpetrator, and misuse of technology. From these factors, several impacts of KBGO include psychological trauma, social stigma, and discrimination, with barriers to reporting such as minimal services, lack of awareness, and weak law enforcement. Legal protection for victims of KBGO is regulated in various regulations, although the Criminal Procedure Code has not been fully responsive to victims. Victims have the right to medical, psychosocial recovery, identity protection, and free participation in the legal process.en_US
