A well-organized office layout, whether in private companies or government institutions, is closely linked to the achievement of organizational goals. Therefore, to optimally support these goals, a workspace arrangement that enhances employee effectiveness and efficiency is essential. This study aims to examine the extent to which office layout contributes to improving employee performance in the Regional Asset Financial Division at the Mayor's Office of Medan. This research uses a qualitative method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 15 employees of the division. The data collected are primary data obtained directly from the field through observation and questionnaires. The findings show that office layout plays a significant role in enhancing employee performance. However, the physical condition of the work environment is not yet fully ideal, as the alignment between workspace and the number of employees remains a challenge that affects daily work activities.
