In recent years, the construction sector in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth. This is driven by increasing infrastructure needs, creating challenges to enhance worker performance to compete in this sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) on the performance of construction workers in the Citraland Sampali housing project in Medan. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 respondents directly involved in the project. Analysis was conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software. The results indicate that the implementation of the 5S method significantly affects worker performance simultaneously, with 70.1% of performance variance explained by the five independent variables. However, individually, each aspect of 5S does not show a significant impact on performance, although the Shitsuke variable approaches a more dominant significance level (p = 0.118).
