Faktor – Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Keberlanjutan Kemitraan Berbasis Penyediaan Bahan Baku Pada Opak (Kasus : Desa Sukaraya, Kecamatan Pancur Batu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang)

Abstract

Partnership pattern is one of the strategies in improving the performance of agribusiness actors, especially farmers or small entrepreneurs. Farming partnerships will produce efficiency and energy sources owned by the parties involved in the meeting so that it will provide benefits for both parties involved in the meeting, within a predetermined period of time. This study aims to determine the partnership pattern of cassava farmers in the provision of raw materials and to determine the factors related to partnerships based on the provision of raw materials in opak. The analysis method used to determine the partnership pattern of cassava farmers in the provision of raw materials uses the descriptive method while the method used to determine the factors related to partnerships based on the provision of raw materials and uses the Chi-Square method. The results of the partnership pattern implemented between cassava farmers and opak processors are included in the Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) partnership pattern. The results of the factors related to the opak raw material partnership are the level of cassava availability and the price of opak, this can be seen from the significance value which is less than 0.05 which means there is a relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Availability of cassava and price of opak are related.
