T. Mutiara Mukti Farma (MUTIFA) is a pharmaceutical company established in 1975 in Medan. The company has faced various supply chain disruptions, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused raw material distribution issues and shifts in demand patterns. Cases of acute hepatitis and kidney failure also led to the suspension of several drug productions, thereby reducing public trust. Although the company managed to overcome these crises, uncertainties such as market shifts, regulatory changes, or new health crises may threaten the company’s resilience in the future. This study aims to analyze solutions for improving supply chain resilience through a resilience index based on vulnerability and capability factors using the DEMATEL-Based ANP method. This method assesses the interrelationships among factors and their priority weights. The research identified 4 vulnerability factors with 11 sub-factors and 13 capability factors with 21 sub-factors. Turbulence and dependence on third parties were found to be the highest vulnerability factor and sub-factor, while flexibility in sourcing and flexible supply contracts were the highest capability factor and sub-factor. The resilience index value of 0.9886 indicates that the company's resilience level remains low. Therefore, the company needs to pay attention to several sub-solutions that could impact its resilience level. Recommended solutions for enhancing PT. Mutiara Mukti Farma's supply chain resilience include supplier diversification, supply chain regionalization, differentiated supply chain strategy, material diversification, volume flexibility clause strategy, digital connectivity, ISO-standardized process mapping, and supply chain collaboration.en_US
