PT. Sumatera Arabika Gayo is a coffee bean processing company focused on
producing green beans for international markets, with a strong commitment to
quality through Q-Grade standards and certifications from AEKI and PPKKI. In its
supply chain operations, the company has encountered challenges in the planning,
procurement, and production stages, primarily due to inadequate analysis of
customer demand, which has led to overproduction. This study aims to analyze the
company's supply chain performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference
(SCOR) model and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analysis results
show a performance score of 79.11, categorized a pretty good, though there is still
room for improvement. One red indicator was identified in the "source" aspect,
related to the low percentage of suppliers with Environmental Management Systems (EMS), requiring evaluation and continuous improvement programs. Two yellow indicators were found in the "make" and "plan" aspects, referring to suboptimal solid waste management and inaccurate demand forecasting. Structural improvements are needed through training, efficient technology adoption, and more advanced forecasting methods to enhance the overall supply chain performance.
